1. Taxi App

This section is for the users of the Taxi App.

Visit the Google Play Store or iOS App Store to download the TT CAB app. Signup by registering an account with a valid email address.

Open the app, enter your pick up location or it can be automatically selected using your phone’s location, then enter your destination address. You will see the estimated fare for each type of vehicle. Select the type of vehicle required and press Confirm to send out the request. The nearest driver will be assigned the request and your ride is on its way!

The fare shown before the ride is only as estimate, as it varies with distance and time taken to reach the destination. You will know the exact fare when you arrive at your location and the driver ends the ride. You have the option to pay cash or card. If you wish to pay via card, you need to add a card to the app before requesting the ride. The card information will be saved in the app. Both credit and debit cards can be used.

At the end of a trip you have to option to rate the ride. Please rate us so we know how our drivers are performing.

2. Driver App

This section is for our partner drivers

Visit the Google Play Store or iOS App Store to download the TT CAB Driver app. Signup and register and account with a valid email address. Submit the documents as required (Click here for more info) and upon approval you can start receiving requests from users.

Yes, drivers must be 21 years and older and must be driving for a minimum of one year.

Yes, vehicles must be less than 10 years old from manufactured date. This is to ensure that the rider gets the best experience on their journey.

When you end a trip the fare will be shown on the screen. Trips should only be ended by the driver when the rider reaches his destination. You must only accept the fare shown. If it shows $0.00 in cash to be collected, it means the customer paid with a card.
